Mar-Yah, I called out to you; hear me.
I raised my hand to the holy place of your temple, incline your ear to me.
Answer my request, do not ignore my petition.
Strengthen my soul and do not give it over to the evil ones.
You, judge of truth, remove from me those who work wickedness.
Mar-Yah, do not judge me for my sins, for there is no righteous human flesh before you.
Teach your Torah clearly to me, and let me know your judgments.
Many will hear of your deeds and nations will praise you.
Remember me and do not forget me, do not bring me to the day of trouble.
Take away from me the sins of my youth and do not deal harshly with me.
Purify me, Mar-Yah, from the evil disease, and do not permit it to return.
Remove its roots from me and it will not grow in me again.
You are great, Mar-Yah, therefore my prayer will come before you.
To whom will I make complaints that you would add to me the strength of men?
I trust in you, Mar-Yah, I cried out and your heard my plea, and brought healing to my broken heart.
As I slept, I had a dream and was guided, and Mar-Yah kept me safe.
My heart was broken within me and thanks to Mar-Yah, my soul was lifted up.
I will find gladness in their shame, and I will hope in you and will not become ashamed.
Thank you for all eternity, forever and always.
Bring salvation to Israel, your chosen, and the house of Jacob, the one who has become proven.
