1 Give praise to Mar-Yah, all you nations; honor him and bless his name.

2 He saved the souls of his chosen ones from the hands of death and saved his holy one from corruption.

3 He saved me from the snares of Sheol and my soul from an unsearchable pit.

4 Before my salvation appeared, I was almost torn in two by two wild beasts.

5 And thus, he sent his angel, shut their open mouths and saved my life from corruption.

6 May my soul glorify and exalt him for all his benefits, today and in the future.
